Marlow Guttmann

Marlow Guttmann completed his Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship & Innovation at Lund University in Sweden. Prior to that, he studied for one semester at the Università degli Studi di Cagliari in Italy as part of the Erasmus scholarship and completed his Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resource Management and Psychology at Brunswick European Law School. In the course of his studies, he already gained practical experience through internships at Europe’s largest financial services group in the field of human resources strategy. His work focuses on the business model optimisation of banking institutions, support in the selection process of executive board positions, the conception and implementation of management workshops and the conception of agile working methods. In 2022, he published a handbook on the topic of "Distance Leadership". Since September 2023, he has been working as a consultant at civity Management Consultants in Hamburg.
